Policies 

At Peace Be With You Mobile Massage, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Because we travel to you, last-minute cancellations directly impact scheduling, preparation, and travel time. To ensure fairness to all clients, we maintain the following policies:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

This helps cover the travel window and preparation time set aside for your appointment.

No-Shows

If the therapist arrives at your location and you:

  • are not home

  • do not answer the door

  • do not respond by text or phone

it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please notify the therapist as soon as possible.

• Session time may be shortened to stay on schedule
• Full session fee will still apply

This ensures the next client remains on time.

Mobile Service Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • safe, accessible entry to the home

  • space adequate for a massage table

  • suitable environment for treatment

  • available parking

If the therapist determines the environment is inappropriate for treatment, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

Illness & Health Conditions

If you are sick (fever, flu, contagious illness, etc.), please cancel or reschedule.

Preferably with 24 hours notice.

This protects all clients and the therapist.

Weather Notice

In the event that weather conditions are unsafe for travel, appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of the therapist. Safety comes first.
